FP1200 Signature Range Flat Packed Bathroom
The Add-A-Bathroom FP1200 is a prefabricated bathroom from our Signature Range, designed for new builds, renovations and adding an ensuite to an existing room.
Supplied flat packed, the components can be carried through a standard doorway and assembled inside. This makes it a practical choice where access is limited and a fully assembled bathroom cannot be brought into the property.
Choose Your Wall Finish
The FP1200 is available in three gloss white wall finishes:
- Smooth
- Square Tile
- New Tile
Each option is paired with a Vogue Grey floor, featuring an anti-slip texture in the main bathroom area and raised dimples in the shower area.
The internal surfaces are already finished, so there is no internal lining, tiling, grouting or painting required.
Prepared in Our Factory for Assembly on Site
The bathroom is supplied with a floor, ceiling, wall panels, assembly bolts, floor waste fitting and sealant kit.
With the pre-fitted option, fitting positions are prepared in the factory, with holes predrilled and backing blocks installed for the supplied accessories. This reduces measuring and positioning work during installation.
Bathroom accessories are fitted before dispatch, then removed for transport and supplied for reattachment on site.
Plumbing and Fit-Out
The pre-fitted option includes our standard bathroom fittings and accessories, along with a hot and cold water pipe kit.
The plumbing pipe kit is supplied loose for your on-site plumber to assemble, install and test.
What Needs to Be Arranged on Site?
Your builder or installer will assemble the bathroom, and the appropriate trades will complete the plumbing, electrical work and connections to your property’s services.
External framework, doors and sewer pipework are not included.
