FP1000 Essential Range Small Flat-Packed Bathroom

The Add-A-Bathroom FP1000 is part of our small bathroom range and Essential Range. Measuring 2280 × 980 × 2250 mm externally, it is a practical option for student accommodation, adding an ensuite to an existing bedroom, or including a bathroom in a new build or renovation.

Supplied flat packed, the components can be carried through a standard doorway or transported in a lift for assembly inside. This makes the FP1000 a practical choice for upper-floor rooms and properties with limited access. Check the lift’s internal dimensions and door opening against the component sizes before delivery.

Choose Your Wall Finish

• FP1000S: Smooth gloss white walls
• FP1000T: Square Tile-look gloss white walls

Both finishes come with a Vogue Grey anti-slip floor. The internal surfaces are already finished, so no tiling, grouting or painting is required.

A Practical Choice for Student Accommodation

The compact size helps make the most of available space when planning individual ensuites. For builders and accommodation providers, the defined layout and prepared fitting positions help simplify planning across multiple rooms.

Shower Screen and Electrical Kit Included

The FP1000 includes a shower screen and electrical kit, along with its bathroom fittings, accessories and plumbing kits.

Bathroom accessories are fitted in the factory, then removed for transport and supplied for reattachment on site. Predrilled fitting positions help reduce measuring and positioning work during installation.

Plumbing kits are supplied loose for your on-site plumber to assemble, install and test. The electrical kit is supplied loose for your electrician to install and connect.

Installation Requirements

Your builder or installer will assemble the bathroom, and the appropriate trades will connect it to your property’s services.

External framework, doors and sewer pipework are not included.
